Director, Aaron Woolf, came to me via a client in Indianapolis a few years ago. At the time, his feature documentary was still in DVD format and needed to be showcased online in a Flash site to his strict specifications. Mr. Woolf provided many of his illustrated drawings which were implemented into the current design, complete with animated corn stalks, background music and a custom video player. (Once the film was launched, we began linking out to other sites with trailers on them.) Since those early days, this award-winning feature film has been seen across the country in art film houses, broadcast nationally on PBS, and is now available through major movie hubs such as Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Digital. In the subsequent years since initial release Webpoppy has been working with the film’s star and co-director, Curt Ellis on updates and additions.
